Since stone carvings and brick carvings are relatively heavy, we will choose reliable transportation services for your area to ensure that your order is delivered in time. The shipping time is generally 7~15 days, but the time is different in different areas. Some areas may exceed 15 days. Please be patient. We will notify you by email as soon as possible after delivery and inform you of the estimated arrival time. Please check for details. We understand that choices may change for various reasons. You can return the goods at any time before shipment, but if the carving work is completed and shipped, we generally do not accept returns.
But if the item is damaged during transportation, you can apply for a refund within 30 days. Handmade products are not easy to make, and we hope you can understand our return policy to ensure that you have enough flexibility after shopping. We take an extremely high level of responsibility for the quality and safety of our products. Our products include stone carvings and brick carvings. Some of our products are fully handmade and some are semi-handmade. The products use cold pottery technology, and the surface is enamel treated after engraving to ensure that every product you purchase meets the highest standards. Before delivery, the surface of our products is treated with enamel to increase the wear resistance of the product. You can safely place it outdoors or in a water environment.
